Account will be set up immediately after payment. You should receive a welcome email with information on getting started within a few minutes after payment is sucessful.

i - You'll need to ensure you have unlocked your domain (for gTLD domain eg:.com/.net), and get your EPP code from your current provider as need to supply your domain EPP/Authcode during your checkout.

ii - For Malaysian domain (eg: .com.my/.net.my/.my), you need to change the domain invoicing party to our domain provider (R092), and set the nameserver to the following.

Primary : ns1.dnxzc.com
Secondary : ns2.dnxzc.com
Tertiary : ns3.dnxzc.com

The .my extension is restricted to Malaysian and Malaysian business entity only, you'll need to prepare either your IC (for .my domain) or SSM registration (for .com.my/.net.my/.my) as supporting document.

Each account is designed only to host 1 domain.
